Thinking about crawling

Bella has been working really hard on trying to crawl. She's figured out how to get up on all fours and today was moving her knees, but couldn't figure out how to get her arms to go along with them. Kayden was crawling at 7 1/2 months and walking at 9 1/2 and I've been chasing him since. I can only imagine how much busier my life is going to be when she gets mobile! All this, and she's only 22 weeks old!

The big girl!

Well, Bella is eating rice cereal like a champ now. She's doing pretty good with sitting up, so we brought the high chair in for a test run. She loved the new view, and likes being able to sit at the table with the rest of us. It's easier for me too, since now she can't grab at every bite I take. I can't wait to be able to give her more than rice cereal. She seems so excited to try new stuff.

Outside in the sun!

Well, being sick this weekend didn't stop us from getting outside to enjoy the sun. Bella played in her jumper and James and Kayden played soccer. You'll notice Kayden has a new summer hair cut, courtesy of James.

The Pink Dress

So, my great friend, Jen, the fabulous photographer, took some photos a couple weeks ago. I generously gave her freedom of artistic expression. In return, she made me wear pink. But, the pictures turned out great, despite the pink dress. (which James said looked great with my pale skin. Um, thanks I guess?!) Anyways, there were 14 great pics. Here are some of my favorites.
